Which ones am I keeping this time?

Look For Me (Detective D.D. Warren, #9) by Lisa Gardner

I love detective stories, but I don’t own this one, and it’s the ninth book in the series. What is this book doing in my TBR?

Verdict: REMOVE ✖

A Child in Burracombe by Lilian Harry

I won this book as a Goodreads Giveaway (when they used to have giveaways for UK). I am actually going into 2019 with a plan to finish all the books I’ve received from authors before I dive into something new.

Verdict: KEEP  ☑

Confessions of a Shopaholic(Shopaholic, #1) by Sophie Kinsella

I wanted to read this book so bad a few years ago. They didn’t have it in Macedonia yet. Now, I might be slightly too late.

Verdict: REMOVE ✖

Private (Private, #1) by Kate Brian

I love boarding-school books, but I am afraid that I might have grown this one. I will remove it for now, but what do you guys think? Is it worth keeping?

Verdict: REMOVE ✖

Summer’s End by Danielle Steel

Now I read romance novels only when I am in that sort of mood.

Verdict:  REMOVE ✖

The Mayan Codex (Antichrist Trilogy #2) by Mario Reading

I loved the first book in this series – The Nostradamus Prophecies, and I have been wanting to read this one for a while now.

Verdict: KEEP ☑

The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane by Kate DiCamillo

This is a book that was recommended to me. I haven’t read it yet, but it will go into a surprise recommendation post I am preparing for you guys! I am keeping it for now.

Verdict: KEEP ☑

Outlander (Outlander, #1) by Diana Gabaldon

This is a long one, but people keep telling me it’s so good. Have you read it? Should I keep it or remove it? Keeping it for now.

Verdict: KEEP  ☑

Sofia Khan Is Not Obliged by Ayisha Malik

Another recommendation, but this time I will pass. The synopsis doesn’t intrigue me for some reason.

Verdict: REMOVE ✖

The Named (Guardians of Time, #1) by Marianne Curley

I am not sure why this is in my TBR. Not planning on reading it anytime soon.

Verdict:  REMOVE ✖

This time I removed 6. *Feels proud of herself*

Let me know if you have read any of these, and if you want me to keep or remove any of these books from my list! I look forward to see what you think!

  1. Congrats – I can seem to make progress when I try to do this, I just get distracted and add even more books 😉

  2. I will suggest you keep the confessions of a shopaholic. It’s really an enjoyable read. Hope you have better luck with Outlander. I tried hard to like the story but failed miserably.

  3. You made the right decision to remove Private from your TBR list. I read that book several years ago and all I remember about it was how boring it was and it was, at times, inappropriate. You aren’t missing much by choosing not to read that book.

  4. I want to do this but don’t think I could remove books. I want to read them all. I suggest you keep Shopaholic though. I loved that book. 😊

  5. The only one I have read is Confession of a Shopaholic (many years ago), only trouble is you end up having to read the whole series which gets a little daft in places. I would remove these days too.

  6. I’ve done this a lot as well in the past; adding all of the books in a series to my Want to Read on Goodreads, when I don’t even own a single one of them and haven’t read one of them, lol. This Down the TBR article is a really helpful way to get rid of those books In particular.
