Thanks to Vicki and postcrossing (ID: US-3860417), I got this amazing card! It is the third one from the “Fun Facts” collection, and this time it’s about the candy apple.
I love candy apples!
And the candy apple was created in 1908 by William Kolb as an experimental window display at his confectionery store in Newark, New Jersey. The apples sold for 5 cents each and quickly became a hit.

Postcard from Kromeriz, Czech Republic
I received this amazing postcard on 26.10.2015. It was sent to me from Kromeriz, Czech Republic. I like this amazing postcard because it had a lot of stamps on the back, 4 of them, together with a lovely star sticker. It also has a weather forecast, +10 Celsius with rain. I also feel that I need to mention the wonderful labyrinth as well, with the beautiful flowers inside, it’s just priceless. This is my second Postcrossing card I’ve received.
This postcard is the first one I received from Postcrossing. It is, in particular, from the United States of America and I received it on 19.10.2015. The person wrote it on 30.09.2015 with a lot of kind words and best wishes. This postcard has a special bond to my heart specifically because it is the first one I have from Postcrossing, and the first one from the USA as well. Fun fact: ,,The Texas Longhorn steer’s horns can measure over 9 feet (2.7 meters) from tip to tip. This is the widest horn span in the bovine world!” So far, I really love Postcrossing, and I think that I will keep sending postcards, so I can receive more amazing postcards from all over the world. How amazing is that, right?
